Cancellation/Refund of money
In accordance with EU regulations you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of placing your order or within seven days of the receipt of goods, whichever is the longer and receive a full refund.
The item(s) must be returned complete, un-opened and in original undamaged packaging, postage costs are your responsibility and it is recommended that you obtain postal insurance/receipt as we can not be liable for items going astray in the postal system.
If item is found to be faulty then please contact us within 48 hours of receipt for further instructions.

Orders not received
According to Royal Mail guidelines, please allow 3 weeks for delivery, longer may be required during Royal Mail strikes/busy (Christmas) periods. We will endeavour to sort this out for you, but your full co-operation will be required in obtaining refund/compensation from Royal Mail.
